Cortex Beauty is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable Live Selling Host to lead live shopping broadcasts on Whatnot.
You will demonstrate and sell Cortex Beauty products while interacting with viewers in real time. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, genuinely interested in beauty and hair care, and able to create an engaging shopping experience that drives sales.
This position must be performed on-site at our warehouse in Miami Lakes, Florida. It is not a remote opportunity.
Our collection includes:
- Hair dryers and blowout brushes
- Flat irons, curling irons, and other styling tools
- Hairbrushes and accessories
- Shampoos, conditioners, and hair treatments
- Hair care and styling products
- Beauty gift sets
Responsibilities
- Host live selling shows on Whatnot
- Demonstrate Cortex hair tools, hair care products, and accessories
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and proper use
- Engage with viewers and respond to questions in real time
- Create an upbeat, entertaining, and sales-focused atmosphere
- Encourage purchases, bundles, and audience participation
- Learn the Cortex product collection and communicate product information accurately
- Prepare products and the filming area before each show
- Maintain a professional and consistent on-camera presence
- Work independently while staying organized and on schedule
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking, presenting, and demonstrating products live on camera
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Able to keep viewers engaged, entertained, and excited to shop
- Genuine interest in beauty, hair care, or hairstyling
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Able to learn product information quickly
- Sales, beauty retail, content creation, livestreaming, or on-camera experience is preferred but not required
- Previous experience with Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, or another live-shopping platform is a plus
