The people who find us have already tried the conventional route. They have sat in waiting rooms, reviewed labs with physicians who call everything "within range," and walked away without answers. By the time they reach Premier Hormone Health, they are not browsing. They are ready to see if someone will meet them with the same level of seriousness they bring to their own health.
You are that person.
This role focuses on inbound leads; people who have already expressed interest. Your job is to qualify them accurately, follow up relentlessly, and hand them off smoothly to our clinical team for a personalized protocol. You are not selling a product; you are guiding someone toward a better quality of life with the urgency that moment deserves.
Speed is a form of respect here. The two-minute callback communicates something the twenty-minute callback never can: that this person matters. Make sure every lead knows they do.

YOUR SCHEDULE
During your first 90 to 120 days, you will onboard with a structured schedule designed to build fluency in our systems, protocols, and patient experience.
Upon successful assessment, your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM EST. These hours are designed to support consistent execution, strong patient coverage, and the daily operating rhythm this role demands.
