Painted Bird Psychotherapy LLC is seeking passionate, coachable, and growth-oriented Supervisee Affiliate Therapists to join our expanding clinical ecosystem serving adolescents, adults, and trauma-impacted populations throughout Virginia.
This is not a traditional group practice position.
Painted Bird operates as a collaborative trauma-focused model designed for clinicians who desire mentorship, autonomy, and long-term professional growth within a supportive clinical community.

## Compensation Structure
This role operates under a 1099 structure
$30 per clinical hour (Year 1)
$40 per clinical hour (Year 2)
Supervision is included within this structure.
This model supports:
- supervision,
- referrals,
- billing,
- EHR systems,
- operational infrastructure,
- administrative support,
- and ongoing clinical development.

- trauma/PTSD,

- or faith-integrated counseling
