Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This role requires 3 days on-site clinical work at our Newport Beach location. On-site availability is a must.

- Full administrative support including front office staff for scheduling, messages, intake forms, prior auths and provider admin tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation Range: Full Time Base salary $120k with productivity bonus, uncapped earning potential $200k+
- Bonus opportunities
- Compensation will be dependent upon education and experience
- All Providers are W2 employees
- Must have 2+ years of PMHNP/Psych PA experience
- This is a flexible in person position working at our Newport Beach outpatient psychiatric services clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Conduct metabolic and hormone assessments, order and interpret lab results, and provide lifestyle coaching.
- Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating therapies like TMS, ketamine, hormone therapy, and metabolic assessments.
- Collaborate with our psychiatrist to ensure consistent, comprehensive care for our patients.
- Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their treatment.
- Supervise psychiatry technicians when the medical director is unavailable.
- Supervise daily Spravato treatments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s or Doctoral degreein Advanced Practice Nursing/Physician Assistant education
- Active CA licenseas a Nurse Practitioner or PA
- Board-certifiedin Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP)
- Minimum 2 years of psychiatric experience.
- TMS experience is a plus, but we’re happy to provide training.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Currently or recently credentialed with insurance panels a huge plus!
