Job Summary

Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts.
- Write detailed service orders and estimates using estimating software, clearly communicating repair procedures and costs to clients
- Upsell additional services or parts that enhance boat safety, performance, or longevity while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Manage parts inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
- Collaborate with technicians to understand repair requirements and ensure timely parts availability for service appointments
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain precise records of sales and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally, explaining repair options clearly, and following up on service progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service management background preferred
- Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining ethical standards and customer trust
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Customer-focused attitude with strong sales skills and mechanical aptitude
