We seek motivated Shift Managers/Leaders to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service. The Shift Leader's responsibilities include managing the assigned shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting issues to the manager.
To be successful as a Shift Leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top Shift Leader should be able to provide smooth and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:

Handling customer issues and employee disputes.

Oversee the restaurant's daily operations during your shift, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them succeed.

Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring we always have the products to serve our customers.

They maintained a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all equipment was in good working order and that safety and sanitation standards were upheld at all times.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied.

Ensure that all employees follow company policies and procedures, including food safety, customer service, and cash handling.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED.

Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role in retail.
