The Advisor at Legend Motors of Waterford is an integral member of our team. The successful candidate will provide the highest level of service during a customer's experience, including but not limited to: The ability to communicate repair estimates, costs, and procedures of repair as well as follow-up with customers to ensure overall and continued satisfaction. The candidate will also manage phone calls, customer walk-ins, and the completion of appropriate paperwork.
What we're looking for:
- MUST have previous Mitchel & CCC experience/knowledge
- MUST have previous collision experience
- Great customer service skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, where teamwork is encouraged
- Comfortable using technology and Microsoft applications for most day to day functions
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
