We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead industrial electrical projects while working alongside a skilled team of electricians and apprentices. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on industrial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Plan work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
- Monitor quality of workmanship and productivity
- Train and mentor electricians and apprentices
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and installations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
