TechCatalyst is looking for a creative, tech-savvy person who knows how to use AI to build things fast.
We're not looking for a traditional developer who needs weeks to build a landing page.
We're looking for a vibe coder.
Someone who can take an idea, open up tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Figma or similar platforms, and turn that idea into something polished and functional.
What You'll Do:
You'll work directly with the TechCatalyst team on a mix of development, design, and growth projects, including:
- Redesigning and modernizing client websites
- Building websites and landing pages using AI-assisted development tools
- Rapidly prototyping new products and ideas
- Creating modern UI/UX designs
- Using AI to generate, improve, and debug code
- Customizing existing templates and applications
- Helping maintain and improve TechCatalyst's existing software platforms
- Creating demos for prospective clients
- Learning our SaaS platforms and helping sell them to businesses
- Talking with prospective customers and understanding what they need
- Identifying opportunities where automation, AI, websites, or our existing platforms can solve a client's problem
- Helping us experiment with new AI tools and development workflows
We're Looking for Someone Who...
You don't necessarily need a computer science degree or 10 years of experience.
We care much more about what you can create.
You should be someone who:
- Loves technology and constantly experiments with new AI tools
- Has built websites, apps, side projects, or prototypes
- Has a strong eye for modern website design
- Understands basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and web development concepts
- Can use AI tools to dramatically accelerate development
- Isn't afraid to figure things out independently
- Can take a rough idea and turn it into something real
- Communicates well with both technical and non-technical people
- Is comfortable demonstrating products and talking with potential customers
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Moves quickly and doesn't need everything spelled out in a detailed specification

This Role Is Different
We're a software and technology company, so you'll get exposure to much more than website development.
One week you might redesign a business website.
The next you might build an AI-powered prototype.
Then you might help demo one of our platforms to a potential customer and help close the deal.
