Job Posting: Professional Cleaning Independent Contractor
Location: Harrison Twp, MI
Job Description: We are seeking a professional cleaning contractor to take on a common area cleaning contract in the Harrison Twp, MI area. This job involves weekly cleaning of common area hallways, laundry rooms, periodic unit move out cleanings at an apartment complex. The scope of work includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning interior/exterior door windows, cleaning utility sinks & washer/dryers in laundry rooms, and wiping down all surfaces.
Contract Details:
- Primary Contract: Weekly common area hallway surface cleaning
- Time Requirement: 19 hours per week for one person, split up into 3 days, Monday 9:00am-3:30pm, Tuesday 9:00am-3:30pm, Wednesday 9:00am-3:00pm, and upon
- Payment: $480 per week
- Hourly Rate: $25 per hour.
- Unit Move-Out Cleanings: Apartment unit move-out cleanings are assigned upon request from the property manager and are not part of the weekly scheduled common area cleaning hours. Contractors who accept these additional cleanings will be compensated at $25.00 per hour for the actual time required to complete each approved move-out cleaning.
- Payment Method: Weekly direct deposit.
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
Requirements:
- Only applicants with PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled cleanings of apartments as per contract specifications.

- Reliable transportation.
