Chef Tory Miller's upbeat farm-to-table restaurant, Graze, on the Capitol square is looking to fill Brunch Line Cook position.
Ideal candidates will have high volume restaurant experience; those with multi-station experience, or desire to learn preferred. Must be clean, organized, efficient, take direction well, and remain calm under pressure. Position consists of Brunch shifts Saturday-Sunday 8am-3pm.
Duties include:
-Prep and setup before service of assigned station
-Cooking and plating of designated menu items
-Listening and responding to the Chef to ensure a smooth service
-Keeping station clean throughout the duration of the shift, and helping break down and clean the kitchen post service
-Reporting low inventory or counts to the Chef
-Reporting to a scheduled shift on time, with advanced notice if there are scheduling conflicts
Pay is $10 per hour + tips averaging between $20-$24 per hour.
