Clinical Psychologist for Autism Evaluations.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for the children and adolescents being evaluated. This role offers an opportunity to work in a clinic setting. The Clinical Psychologist will play a vital role in evaluating clients with neurodevelopmental disorders and various forms of autism.
Duties
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using psychological testing and clinical interviews.
- Evaluate clients with autism spectrum disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and trauma-related conditions.
- Experience working in a clinic setting.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct mental health diagnostics for children and teens with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Qualifications
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Maryland.
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and neurodevelopmental disorders is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in psychological testing, mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluation, and client communication.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines governing clinical practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
