Required Qualifications

Previous experience managing maintenance operations within a structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment, machinery, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Experience leading shop personnel in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Computer proficiency with maintenance documentation and reporting.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in structural steel fabrication.

Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.

Experience with welding, machining, fabrication equipment, and industrial maintenance.

Familiarity with inventory control and maintenance management systems.

Experience using Strumis software is highly preferred.

Previous experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
