Caregiver (Spanish-Speaking Required)
First Option LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Spanish-speaking Caregiver to provide quality care and support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care and supervision.
- Assist with daily living activities and age-appropriate developmental activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and the care team.
- Follow all agency policies, safety guidelines, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish (required).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous caregiving, childcare, or direct support experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Dependable, patient, and able to work independently.
