Pay & Schedule
$34.00 – $38.00 per hour
Pay based on experience — mechanics who continue building their skills, certifications, and qualifications will have strong opportunities to increase their earnings over time.
Full-Time Position
40–50 hours per week
Overtime available

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep the fleet safe and reliable
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on trucks and trailers
- Complete welding, fabrication, and structural repairs
- Respond to occasional road calls when required
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in truck and trailer repair
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick) strongly preferred
- Must have own tools and strong mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL helpful but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical
- Strong commitment to safety and quality work
