Royal Romania Outdoor Expeditions LLC operates within the outdoor recreation, travel coordination, destination experiences, and client service sector, helping customers access organised outdoor programmes, travel support, and professionally managed recreation services. We are seeking an Outdoor Recreation Director to lead programme strategy, oversee service operations, and support the continued growth of outdoor experience offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead outdoor recreation operations, travel planning, and client service activities
- Oversee programme schedules, vendor coordination, logistics, and service standards
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Build relationships with travel partners, suppliers, venues, and service providers
- Monitor budgets, reports, client feedback, and performance targets
- Ensure all activities follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
- Support team leadership, staff training, and process improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in outdoor recreation, travel operations, tourism management, hospitality, or destination services
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with travel partners, client programmes, or outdoor service operations is an advantage

Education

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
