Compensation & Availability Requirements
Starting pay is based on availability, flexibility, and willingness to cross-train within the facility.
Please understand that scheduled business hours are not the same as employee working hours. Staff members may be required to arrive before opening, stay after closing, work during deep cleaning periods, complete shift handoffs, care for boarding pets after hours, or assist during high-volume operational needs. Applicants must have flexible availability and understand that animal care operations extend beyond customer-facing business hours.
