Job Title: Java Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite/Hybrid)
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, design patterns, and performance tuning.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Domain Experience
- Mandatory: Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience with retail banking, commercial banking, payments, lending, or capital markets is highly preferred.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in solution architecture and design discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
