Job description:
The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily workforce operations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on employee coordination, attendance tracking, onboarding, communication between management and staff, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. The coordinator works closely with production supervisors, HR teams, and staffing partners to maintain productivity and workforce efficiency.

Shift & Pay:
Weekday Night Shift: Monday – Thursday (7:00pm – 5:30am)
· Pay for this role is $23/hour.
Weekend Day Shift: Friday – Sunday (6:00am – 6:00pm)
· Pay for this role is $24/hour.
Weekend Night Shift: Friday - Sunday (6:00pm – 6:00am)
· Pay for this role is $25/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate daily staffing and shift coverage for manufacturing operations
· Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overtime
· Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
· Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary employees and client management
· Address employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues promptly
· Maintain accurate workforce records and reports
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and labor requirements
· Support recruitment efforts, interviews, and employee retention initiatives
· Communicate production staffing needs to recruiters or staffing agencies
· Assist with payroll verification and timekeeping processes
· Monitor workplace safety practices and report incidents as required
· Build positive working relationships with employees and supervisors
Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with OSHA or workplace safety standards
· Leadership and team coordination experience
· Ability to work flexible shifts when needed
Work Environment
· Manufacturing plant or warehouse setting
· Frequent walking through production areas
· May require standing for extended periods
· Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures depending on facility
