Print / CNC Operator
XL Digital Imaging, one of the leading grand format companies is seeking a Print Operator with experience in running EFI Vuteks, HP’s, Flat Beds and Routers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing routine printing jobs according to order specifications, most of which require learning about different materials, specific skills and aptitude. Maintain and keep machines clean and in good operating condition.
- Trouble shoot problems and resolve with Tech Support as necessary.
- Must be technically and mechanically inclined and possess basic knowledge of mathematics.
- Good working knowledge of RIP and Color management software
- Review and prioritize orders and produce in a timely manner meeting deadlines
- Performs technical adjustments for Pantone / PMS color matching and color accuracy.
- Ability to follow procedures performing visual inspections and print quality analysis.
- Ability to follow procedures and operates machine to achieve maximum efficiency and reduce material wastes and time.
- Attention to details and catching errors to minimize production reworks
- Ability to lift and load the specified type of materials.
- Keep and maintain a log of all jobs printed.
- Must have good and effective verbal and Communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be able to work well with others an supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years operating digital printing equipment and print shop experience.
- Good work ethics and positive work attitude.
- Company will train selected candidates.
- High School Diploma or GED
Compensation
- Based on knowledge and experience in Grand Format Printing. Salary, Overtime and Bonuses.
- Salary Range $45,000 - $49,000
