Licensed Massage Therapist (Minimum 5 Years Experience)Overview
Bespoke Wellness is seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled therapist dedicated to helping clients achieve pain relief, relaxation, improved mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive, professional environment.
We are looking for a therapist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience who is confident in therapeutic work, excels in client care, and thrives in a collaborative wellness setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized massage treatments tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Utilize a variety of advanced techniques, including:
- Deep & Swedish Tissue Massage
- Myofascial Techniques
- Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage
- Conduct thorough client assessments, review health histories, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Assist clients with pain management, stress reduction, injury recovery, and mobility improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed session notes using appropriate medical terminology.
- Educate clients on self-care recommendations and wellness practices.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding treatment goals, progress, and expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, healing environment.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to support comprehensive client care.
QualificationsRequired
- Current California Massage Therapy Certification (CAMTC) or equivalent licensing/certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of professional massage therapy experience.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience performing Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
Preferred
- Experience working in a wellness clinic, chiropractic office, integrative health practice, or med spa.
- Experience collaborating with chiropractors, acupuncturists, or other healthcare professionals.
- Additional certifications or specialized training are a plus.
