We are looking for a hard-working individual with or without previous maintenance experience to help with the upkeep of one of our apartment complexes.
This position comes with base compensation that is based on experience and will be between $20-$22/hour.
The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by a member of the Maintenance Team:
JOB DUTIES
- Responding to resident work orders
- Cleaning and renovation of vacant apartments for new move-ins
- Light plumbing
- Painting and drywall repair
- Light electrical work
- Light carpentry and flooring repair
- Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Maintain positive attitude when under strict deadlines
- Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test
- Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
- Flexible Availability Needed
- You will be required to be on call at all times
- Must have own tools
COMPENSATION
- Base hourly rate between $20-$22 per hour
- Opportunity for onsite living at the property with partial rent concession after 30 days of employment (~$5,000/year +/-)
- Additional compensation opportunities to be identified following achievement of above milestones

- Above figure does not include age-based benefits such as Critical Illness or Long-Term Disability coverage
