Mears Lawn & Landscape is hiring motivated team members to help build high-quality outdoor spaces including patios, retaining walls, planting projects, landscape installations, and outdoor living areas.

What You’ll Do
- Build patios, retaining walls, walkways, planting beds, and outdoor landscape features
- Install trees, shrubs, plants, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials
- Assist with grading, excavation, drainage, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
- Read layouts and work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently and with attention to detail
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Support seasonal services including snow removal and landscape preparation
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work and lift materials regularly
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Landscape, hardscape, or construction experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Some Saturdays during peak season or weather delays
- Consistent hours with year-round work available
