High School Diploma or GED; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Requirements:
Physical Demands
Managers are regularly required to stand for extended periods; use hands to handle, feel, and operate tools and equipment; and communicate effectively with guests and team members. The role involves frequent reaching, bending, stooping, climbing, balancing, and exposure to sensory elements such as taste, smell, and smoke from wood-burning cookers.
This is a fast-paced, highly interactive environment requiring continuous movement. Managers regularly lift up to 20 pounds, frequently up to 35 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds. The position includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures (0°F to 100°F), wet or humid conditions, and cleaning chemicals that may be toxic or caustic.
Managers must be able to perform these essential functions during shifts of up to 12 hours.
