Job Description
Goodlife Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative PT/PTA care team. Working alongside a supervising Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, progress therapeutic exercise, educate patients, and help deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. This position is ideal for a clinician who is eager to grow in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation while receiving structured mentorship and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Progress therapeutic exercise, functional activities, and manual interventions within the PTA scope of practice.
- Educate patients on their diagnosis, home exercise program, and recovery process.
- Communicate patient progress and collaborate closely with the supervising PT.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with community outreach, physician relationship building, and occasional clinic projects.
- Desire to build our email list and social media presence
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
What We're Looking For
- Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
