Responsibilities for an AT&T Sales Associate
- Connect directly with local businesses and customers to introduce AT&T telecommunications services
- Present and explain wireless and connectivity solutions tailored for business and customer needs
- Build relationships with customer decision-makers and business owners
- Generate new opportunities and contribute to daily sales goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activity
- Work closely with team leaders to improve sales strategies and outreach performance
- Represent AT&T professionally while promoting business technology solutions
