About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Master Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, conducting necessary employee training.
- Strategically allocate headcount across multiple production lines based on demand.
- Develop a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) program and manage the associated budget.
- Supervise outbound product practices, ensuring quality inspections and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement of manufacturing and production supplies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Plan and execute full physical inventory activities, optimizing processes and managing variances.
- Assist in the hiring process, screening applications, and conducting candidate interviews.
- Manage workforce productivity, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Lead and supervise plant production leads and plant employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across various organizational levels and functions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PowerPoint, Teams.
