We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Property Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of property management experience who takes pride in providing exceptional resident service while maintaining a high-performing rental portfolio.

This position reports directly to the Property Management Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a residential property portfolio.
- Maintain a 100% occupied portfolio by ensuring vacancies are marketed immediately, prospective tenants are followed up with promptly, and turnovers are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate maintenance vendors and ensure repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections.
- Prepare lease renewals, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and assist with leasing activities.
- Maintain accurate tenant files, property records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Regularly monitor competing rental properties, pricing, and market trends to keep the portfolio competitive.
- Work closely with the marketing team by providing property updates, availability, and accurate listing information.
- Communicate regularly with and report directly to the Property Management Supervisor regarding portfolio performance, occupancy, maintenance issues, and resident concerns.
- Perform other property management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential property management experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a small team.
- Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
