We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Operations Executive to join a rapidly growing healthcare organization with multiple outpatient practice locations throughout the New York metropolitan area.
This is not a role for someone who prefers to manage from behind a desk. We are looking for a true operator—someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, dive into the day-to-day challenges of a growing organization, and build scalable systems that support continued expansion.
With eight existing locations and additional growth planned, this leader will play a critical role in developing operational infrastructure, improving workflows, standardizing processes, and creating accountability across the organization.
Whether your title is currently COO, VP of Operations, Regional Vice President, Multi-Site Operations Director, or a similar leadership role, we are interested in speaking with proven healthcare operators who have successfully managed growing clinic organizations.
Provide executive leadership across multiple outpatient practice locations
Develop and implement operational strategies that support continued growth and expansion
Standardize workflows, policies, procedures, and best practices across all sites
Establish operational KPIs, reporting structures, and accountability systems
Partner closely with ownership and senior leadership to execute organizational goals
Build scalable systems that improve patient experience, staff efficiency, and financial performance
Travel regularly between practice locations to provide hands-on operational oversight
Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions that drive measurable results
Lead practice managers and regional leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Support site openings, acquisitions, integrations, and expansion initiatives
Create operational infrastructure that can scale as the organization continues to grow
Prior healthcare clinic operations leadership experience is required
Significant experience managing multiple outpatient practice locations
Proven success leading operational growth within a healthcare organization
Strong understanding of practice management, workflow optimization, staffing models, and operational performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Self-starter who thrives with broad objectives rather than highly structured direction
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel between practice locations as needed
Must currently reside within the Greater New York City metropolitan area
