Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive elementary school team in Willis, TX. This full-time position is based on a single elementary campus, providing the opportunity to work closely with students, staff, and families while supporting the delivery of high-quality speech-language services.
Responsibilities

Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Assist with speech-language screenings and support the evaluation process as directed by the supervising SLP.

Collect and document student performance data during therapy sessions.

Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate service documentation.

Assist the supervising SLP with implementing IEP goals and recommendations.

Participate in ARD meetings as appropriate under the direction of the supervising SLP.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals.
Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.

Current Texas SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure).

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
