Our Sales Representatives are called Comfort Coaches and play a key role in guiding customers toward healthier, more restful nights through science-based solutions and a personalized sales approach.

This position is a non-exempt, full-time and in-person.
What You’ll Do
As a Comfort Coach, you’ll:
- Welcome and assist customers in finding the right sleep solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products using our proven, guest-friendly sales system.
- Conduct needs analyses and provide tailored recommendations that add real value.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive store success.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
No prior sales experience? That’s okay—we’ll train you! We’re looking for individuals who bring:
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Motivation to achieve goals and thrive in a team environment.
- Time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Basic computer skills.
- A valid driver’s license (required).
Preferred but not required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service, sales, or related experience.
