Movin’ & Lubin’ isn’t looking for a typical salesperson—we’re looking for someone who wants to build real relationships and turn them into long-term customers.
This is a field-based role. You’ll be out visiting local businesses, introducing our services, and following up until you earn their trust.
If you’re willing to knock on doors, hear “no,” follow up anyway, and build something from the ground up—this can turn into a high-income career.
Our average team member stays 7.5 years.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
We’ve built our business by valuing relationships with both customers and employees, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that—not just hit numbers and move on.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn how to build a book of business from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses with fleet vehicles (contractors, delivery companies, service companies, etc.)
- Introduce Movin’ & Lubin’ and build relationships with decision-makers
- Drop off information and create initial connections
- Consistently follow up through in-person visits, calls, and texts
- Identify customer frustrations and position our services as the solution
- Convert first-time customers into long-term relationships
- Track daily activity and maintain an organized pipeline
- Represent a company that delivers on what it promises
Expectation: 10–20 in-person stops per day + consistent follow-up
Requirements
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Willing to walk into businesses and start conversations
- Strong follow-up habits and persistence
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
- Organized and able to track activity and prospects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous sales, customer service, or people-facing experience
We care more about work ethic and attitude than experience.

Compensation (Keep It Simple but Attractive)
- Base salary + commission
- Bonuses based on new accounts (varies by size of account)
- Ongoing commission on accounts you bring in
- Uncapped earning potential
Pay: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
