Job Overview:
This role involves assembling components, performing welding tasks, and ensuring the quality and precision of fabrications. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or manufacturing environments, with proficiency in various welding techniques and in reading prints. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring mechanical knowledge and fabrication skills, contributing to the production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Layout, cut, fabricate, weld, and finish projects within time allowed per work order
- Be able to use equipment in a safe manner
- Keep work area and shop clean daily
- Be able to work alone as well as with others
- Communicates all production related items or problems to shop foreman/production manager
- All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of welding experience required
- Can read blueprints
- Know how to use a tape measure, have common knowledge of fractions, and decimals
- Have knowledge of types of material
- Able to lift 75 pounds
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to create/fabricate weldment jigs
- Hold specified tolerances per print
- Ensure quailty is maintained with each job from start to finish

- Laser welding: 1 years (preferred)
- TIG welding: 1 years (Preferred)
- MIG welding: 1 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
Work Location: In person Monday – Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM *Overtime may be required from time to time.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
