Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct troubleshooting for HVAC system repair, air conditioning issues, and refrigeration problems to minimize downtime.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and communicating effectively with team members and clients.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must be over the age of 21 with experience.
- Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Must be knowledgeable with overseeing ground maintenance and keeping records.
- Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and equipment repair.
- Familiarity with HVAC system repair, refrigeration technology, air conditioning units, and HVAC & appliance technology.
- Ability to operate maintenance tools safely and efficiently; experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with leadership qualities to guide junior team members when needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
