We are currently seeking a Shared Services Manager with varied responsibilities that encompass leadership, strategy, and execution including training and motivating a team of six members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor shared services team to ensure exceptional support is provided to the sales and operations teams.
- Team Performance: Meet one-on-one with direct reports to evaluate and discuss performance, development and goals.
- Team Training: Train team on all steps of supporting the sales representatives.
- Monthly Reporting: Present monthly team updates to management staff.
-Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with operations and other departments to increase efficiencies, processes, and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of management experience
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term internal and external client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,800.00 - $83,200.00 per year
