Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial embroidery machines.
- Set up embroidery jobs, including hooping garments, loading designs, and selecting thread colors.
- Monitor production to ensure consistent, high-quality embroidery.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Assist with shop duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow work orders and embroidery specifications accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
