We are Master Scapes, a growing landscaping company dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces while delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping homeowners bring their outdoor projects to life.
No landscaping experience is required. If you have a strong sales background and are eager to learn, we will provide the training you need.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet with homeowners to understand their landscaping needs.
- Present solutions and recommend services that fit each customer's goals and budget.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations and design teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
Required
- 2+ years of sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, solar, real estate, or similar industries preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable meeting with customers in person.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred
- Experience with residential construction or home improvement sales.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
