Business Development Representative (Commission Only)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our presence throughout Georgia. This individual will be responsible for developing referral relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and generating new business for our ABA services.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills who is comfortable working independently and being compensated based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, schools, physicians, psychologists, social workers, case managers, and community organizations.
Generate referrals and new client leads for ABA services.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities.
Conduct in-person visits to referral sources throughout Georgia.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral sources.
Provide regular updates regarding business development efforts and lead generation activities.
Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support successful client onboarding.
Promote the company's mission, values, and services within the community.
Qualifications
Previous sales, business development, marketing, healthcare, or community outreach experience preferred.
Existing professional network within healthcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Georgia.
Experience in ABA, healthcare, special education, or related fields preferred but not required.
