Position Summary:
The Assistant Director Of Operations will serve as a critical leader in strengthening and centralizing staffing compliance and growth operations across the organization. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth—particularly supporting expansion on the Angels On Call (AOC) side. This position will build a stronger operational foundation by overseeing staffing strategy, developing team capabilities, and enhancing relationships across care coordination functions.

What You’ll Do:
Staffing Operations Leadership:
- Own and oversee the full staffing function, ensuring optimal caregiver-client match and coverage.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, responsiveness, and quality.
- Partner closely with Coordination Supervisor and the Scheduling team to align daily operations with strategic goals.
Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee HHAs orientation and onboarding processes.
- Ensure onboarding processes are efficient, compliant, and deliver a strong first experience.
- Support expansion of the caregiver pool to meet current and future demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Coordinators to ensure alignment and continuity of care.
- Serve as a key operational liaison across departments to support seamless service delivery.
Team Development & Support:
- Build, coach, and support Staffing Coordinators to enhance performance and accountability.
- Establish best practices, training frameworks, and performance standards for the staffing team.
Reporting & Operational Insights:
- Support reporting, data tracking, and analysis to inform operational decisions.
- Provide insights into staffing trends, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Assist with audits and compliance activities to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation standards and support continuous readiness for internal and external reviews.
Growth & Special Initiatives:
- Support growth initiatives, with a primary focus on scaling the Angels on Call (AOC) service line.
- Identify opportunities to expand capacity, improve service delivery, and support business development goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in homecare required.
- Strong understanding of home care operations and industry standards.
- A proven track record of leading teams and hitting performance goals.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
