What to Expect
This person will be responsible for executing custom service procedures and installation of Tesla energy products. They will work closely with the Process Engineering and Field Service teams, not only trialing and developing these procedures but also training personnel on them—both in the field and in the classroom. Additionally, they will help trial and validate tool prototypes and provide feedback to the design engineers. Applicants should be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude.
What You'll Do-
Assist in installation of New Tesla Energy Products
Assist in developing and documenting field service procedures
Conduct field validation and testing of tools and procedures
Train field technicians on the safe and effective execution of new processes
Provide support for urgent field fixes with short turnaround times
Troubleshoot and repair equipment in accordance with the service manual
Assist in time studies across the full product range
What You'll Bring-
Ability to navigate NEC guidelines and knowledge of NFPA 70E practices and CPR & Low Voltage Rescue SCADA experience is a plus
Previous electrical trades experience working with power/hand tools, electrical equipment, isolation meters and multimeters (Oscilloscopes is a plus)
Travel on short notice and flexibility to work on weekends and overtime
Strong computer skills and comfort with Microsoft office and cloud-based computing programs
Ability to communicate and function well in a mobile office setting
Strong interpersonal skills

Expected Compensation
$28.75 - $42.73/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
