We operate like a fine dining restaurant but in a fast casual setting. All of our food is made from scratch using Grandma Cecilia's recipes.
Making all of our dishes from scratch means we have a lot of prep to do!
Your shift will be spent chopping and prepping different items like chicken, produce, cheese, etc.
You will be provided training on how to complete all of these items. At the end of the shift you will have to clean your area.
This is a team environment, and we are all here to help each other succeed.
The other employees and managers are here to help and push different areas when they are falling behind.
All talented applicants will have an opportunity once hired to cross train on other positions, like salad mixer or hotline cook.
We want to hire long term employees that want to grow with our company.
We practice tip sharing, and all employees receive tips in their check. On average the tips boost your pay by about $3.00 per hour. After one year we provide paid vacation for all employees. We provide health insurance after 90 days for our full-time employee.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
