About the Role
CCT Auto Protection Studio is a premium automotive protection studio specializing in paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and window tint. We are not the cheapest shop in Austin and we are not trying to be. We win on quality, product knowledge, and how clients feel from the first phone call to the final walk-around.
We're hiring a Front Office Sales & Client Experience Lead to run the day-to-day of our front office. You'll be the first voice clients hear on the phone, the first face they see when they walk in, and the person who turns inbound interest into booked, deposited work. You'll also keep the shop floor running smoothly between sales, scheduling, and client handoffs.
This is not a sales floor with cold calling. Our marketing brings warm, qualified inbound leads to you. Your job is to talk to them like a real person, recommend the right service, and close cleanly.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and walk-ins. Most clients reach out already interested. You take it from there.
- Work qualified leads in HighLevel (our CRM) and keep the pipeline clean.
- Recommend and close ceramic coating, PPF, and window tint packages ranging from $1,000 to $10,000+.
- Schedule inspections, installs, and check-ins around shop capacity.
- Take deposits and confirm appointments.
- Greet clients at drop-off and pickup. Make them feel like they made the right choice.
- Coordinate daily with shop technicians on schedule, expectations, and timing.
- Handle post-service confirmation, review requests, and complimentary wash scheduling.
- Send a same-day or next-day text to any lead who didn't close, written like a human, not a marketer.
Who You Are
- Comfortable talking to people about money. Asking for the deposit doesn't make you flinch.
- Organized. You don't lose track of a lead, a quote, or a deposit.
- Calm when ten things are happening at once: phone ringing, walk-in at the counter, tech needs an answer, text coming in.
- Direct communicator. You say what you mean without sounding like a marketing email.
- Reliable. Monday through Friday, in the shop, on time, every week.
- Curious enough to learn the products well. We'll teach you the technical side. You bring the work ethic.
Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We've trained people from hospitality, retail management, and dealership backgrounds. What matters is whether you can talk to people and close.
Compensation
- $45,000–$55,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- 3% commission on every deal you personally close
- Performance bonuses tied to monthly close rate and average ticket
- Paid time off
- Real opportunity to grow earnings as you ramp up. Strong performers are in the $70,000+ range by year one
This Role Is NOT
- Remote or hybrid. You're in the shop, Monday through Friday.
- A content or marketing role. We have someone for that.
- A management role. You own the front office, not the technicians.
- A sales floor with quotas on cold outreach. The leads come to you.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
