FedEx Express Flex Delivery Driver Position
D.D. Logistics is a FedEx contractor looking for safe, reliable Flex drivers to deliver smaller Express packages to our customers meeting delivery time requirements.
Job Requirements:
· Must be 21 or older with at least one (1) year of licensed driving experience.
· Must have clean driving record for the past three years.
· Both background checks and DOT physicals required for hire including Non-DOT drug screen.
· Drivers will dispatch out of the Kansas City, MO FedEx facility at 12501 NE 40th St, Kansas City, MO 64161.
· Dispatch 8:30 a.m. daily. Start times may vary.
· Drivers will load and utilize their own vehicle for deliveries. Express packages require time sensitive deliveries by 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
· Driver will perform timed express pick-ups as required.
· Northwest Kansas City, the KCI airport corridor, Smithville and Kearney will be areas to service.
· Work week can be between 20-40 hours, Monday thru Saturday.
· Full and Part-time positions available.
· Flexible schedules available.
Vehicle Requirements:
· Designated a passenger vehicle (car, crossover, minivan, SUV or small passenger truck with locking bed cover) No cargo or shuttle vehicles.
· Less than 15 years old-no exceptions.
· Have current insurance and registration (No temporary tags)
· Candidates will need to provide the make/model/year of your delivery vehicle to be used and provide pictures.
Compensation:
· $25 per hour.
· Paydays are every other Friday via Direct Deposit.
· Medical, Dental and Vision plans available after 90 days.
· Paid training.
