SERVER ASSISTANT / BUSSER | FULL-TIME & PART-TIME

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Server Assistant / Busser, you'll help keep our restaurants running smoothly by supporting the dining room and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and sense of urgency help ensure every table is guest-ready and every shift runs efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly while maintaining company presentation standards.
- Refill water glasses and assist guests whenever opportunities arise.
- Support servers by delivering beverages, food, and guest requests as needed.
- Assist food runners and other front-of-house team members during busy service periods.
- Keep dining rooms, service stations, and work areas clean, stocked, and organized.
- Restock silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and other dining room supplies.
- Help maintain restroom cleanliness and all guest-facing areas.
- Respond quickly and safely to spills or situations requiring immediate attention.
- Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and managers to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
- Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Can lift, carry, and move restaurant equipment and supplies safely.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
