Who We Are
For more than 40 years, Keller Williams has been a trusted name in Oklahoma City real estate. We're now in the midst of an exciting rebrand and growth initiative for our Southwest OKC Office — relaunching as KW Summit with a bold vision to become the dominant market center in the OKC metro. Currently home to approximately 100 agents, our goal is to grow to 150+ agents by building a culture where top talent wants to be and where every agent has the tools, training, and leadership to thrive.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape that next chapter. We're looking for a Team Leader who is ready to lead a legacy office through its next era of growth.
Who We're Looking For
For the right person, this is an opportunity, not a job.
Our ideal Team Leader is a natural networker and connector — someone who lights up a room, builds relationships easily, and has a genuine passion for helping agents succeed. They are highly assertive, people-oriented, and operate with urgency and drive. They have a track record of leadership and a demonstrated ability to influence and recruit top talent.
They have a burning desire to build the dominant real estate company in the OKC metro. They understand that growth comes from two directions — attracting new and experienced talent to the office, and keeping current agents engaged, supported, and committed to staying. They are equally comfortable prospecting a top producer at a competing brokerage and coaching a brand-new agent through their first contract.
They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TS belief system (Win-Win, Integrity, Customers, Communication, Commitment, Community, Creativity, Teamwork, Trust, Success) in their dealings with others. They embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team. They are champions of culture — in the office and in the community.
Real estate experience is preferred — familiarity with the industry, the sales process, and agent life meaningfully helps in this role — but a real estate license is not a hard requirement. What matters most is proven recruiting and relationship-building ability, leadership presence, and a genuine drive to grow people and businesses.
