Whether you're helping a customer ship an important package, producing a print order for a local business, or solving a shipping problem, every day brings something different.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer
- Process domestic and international UPS shipments
- Professionally pack fragile, valuable, and oversized items
- Recommend shipping and packaging solutions based on customer needs
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions
- Produce high-quality print jobs, including business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, invitations, presentations, and marketing materials
- Perform finishing services such as cutting, laminating, folding, binding, and stapling
- Assist customers with document preparation and file submission
- Open and manage mailbox accounts
- Receive and organize customer mail and packages
- Learn freight shipping procedures
- Assist with notary services (Nebraska Notary commission is a plus but not required)
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
- Work as part of a team to achieve store goals

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Sales experience
- Printing or graphic production experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
No shipping experience is required—we provide training.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the store
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Weekend availability required
