Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavioral intervention planning, and counseling in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of special education law, IEP processes, and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and behavioral interventions
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies and supports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
- Consult with staff regarding best practices for learning and behavior management
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
