Senior Project Manager – Energy Services / ESCO
Remote/Hybrid – must be able to travel to customer sites as needed
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex energy efficiency and infrastructure retrofit projects, including mechanical systems, central plant upgrades, and controls, across hospitals, K-12 school districts, and public/municipal facilities. Project sizes range from $10M to $250M+, with strong opportunity for growth into larger and more complex work.
This role is remote/hybrid. You do not need to be based near a specific office, but you must be able to work onsite with clients and project teams as needed throughout the course of a project.
What You'll Do
- Own project delivery from award through closeout on large energy efficiency and infrastructure retrofit projects
- Manage mechanical systems and central plant infrastructure upgrades on active, occupied sites
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep complex, multi-phase projects on schedule and budget
- Travel onsite to support projects as needed, working directly with facility staff and stakeholders
- Navigate the constraints of working in hospitals, schools, and public buildings, including occupied space, safety protocols, and public procurement rules
What You Bring
- Experience in energy services (ESCO) project management or construction project management
- A track record on projects in healthcare/hospitals, K-12, and public entities (municipal, state, or local government)
- Experience with large campus-style facilities
- Strong background in mechanical systems and/or central plant infrastructure retrofits
- Comfort managing large, complex projects ($10M+) with multiple stakeholders and long timelines
- Ability to travel to customer sites as project needs dictate
