Summary
We are seeking a Home Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential home care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of care tailored to their individual needs. This position is vital in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clients’ health status, including vital signs and overall well-being.
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Educate clients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Document all patient interactions and changes in health status accurately.
Requirements
- Experience in home care or senior care settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of first aid and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
