We are adding a door to door sales team to our Fort Lauderdale/Miami location.
We need someone to help build and manager our team. We use the Enzy canvassing app and have recruiters in place to hire sales reps.
This job will include interviewing reps, training reps on the doors, team meetings, and knocking doors yourself.
There is a $50,000 base pay plus full commission on your sales and 20% commission/over rides paid to you on your team's sales.
Our standard commission per sale is $200, so with commission after building a team $100k to $150k would be average. Once a team of 10-20 sales reps is built the compensation will rise to over $200k because of the 20% over rides on a large team.
